Hands-On Service, Done Right

We are not a franchise, and we do not believe in one-size-fits-all service. We take a hands-on approach to every job. For window cleaning, customers can choose exterior-only service or inside-and-out cleaning. We wash windows by hand with a scrubber and squeegee for a thorough, streak-free finish, and we wipe down frames and sills with a wet rag. For larger properties, including apartment buildings up to four stories, we use water-fed poles to clean windows, frames, and sills safely from the ground.

We also offer full screen cleaning and screen repair. Screens are removed, cleaned with a screen-cleaning machine using brushes and water jets, dried, and reinstalled. If a screen is torn, bent, or worn out, we can repair it on-site or at our shop. We replace mesh, fix broken plastic corners, cut new frames, and even build new screens from scratch when needed.

In addition, we provide Christmas light installation through a purchase-to-own program. That means you buy the lights in year one, and after that, they are yours. We handle the design, installation, takedown, and optional storage. Lights purchased through us also come with a one-season warranty, so if something happens during that first season that is outside your control, we will come fix it for free.
