Most people think of pressure washing and picture siding or windows. But concrete takes a beating too - and walkways are probably the most overlooked surface on any property. Dirt, algae, and that slick green buildup creep in slowly. You barely notice it until it's really bad.
Here's what we were working with - a curved front walkway covered in green algae and grey grime from edge to edge. The kind of buildup that doesn't scrub off with a garden hose. It looks rough, and more importantly, it gets slippery. That's a real problem, especially heading into the wetter months of fall.
We use a surface cleaner attachment for jobs like this. It spins two high-pressure jets in a circular pattern across the concrete, which gives you an even, consistent clean without streaking or leaving lines. It's the right tool for flat concrete surfaces - way more effective than a standard wand on a wide area like this.
The difference is hard to miss. What was once a dingy, algae-stained path is now clean, uniform concrete that actually looks like part of a well-kept home. No patchwork results. No missed spots along the edges. Just clean concrete from one end of the walkway to the other.
Concrete cleaning is one of those services that tends to surprise people - they don't expect how much of a difference it makes until they see it done right. If your sidewalks or walkways have that dull, grimy look to them, we can handle it. Residential or commercial, we bring the same equipment and the same attention to every job.
